It is my great pleasure to announce the AEG Asian EUS Congress (AEC), organized by Professor Hsiu-Po Wang, our congress chairman. This exciting event will take place in the vibrant city of Taipei, Taiwan on June 21-22nd, 2025. As the Chairman of AEG, I am thrilled to share that our organization has grown to 94 members across 22 Asian countries and prestigious society. As you know, the primary aims of AEG are to disseminate EUS knowledge and experience, establish guidelines of EUS, and promote multicenter trials on EUS. The AEC, held every 2 years, serves as a cornerstone for sharing invaluable insights in EUS. Professor Hsiu-Po Wang, a distinguished professor at National University Taiwan Hospital, has prepared wide spectrum program including basic to advanced issues and live demonstrations etc. We hope to foster a collaborative environment where we can share our knowledge and experiences, discuss clinical problems, and explore effective solutions together at the upcoming AEC! Additionally, we look forward to indulging in Taiwan’s delicious cuisine and experiencing its beautiful sights during this wonderful season. Asian EUS Congress is the major congress of Asian EUS group (AEG) and has been biannually held since 2015 (Seoul). The Asian EUS Congress 2025 (AEC2025) is the 5th AEC and will be held on June 21-22, 2025 at Taipei, a city with special hospitality. The Taiwan International Conventional Center (TICC) is located beside the Taipei 101. Since AEC2023 at Hong-Kong, two years passed. During these two years, more EUS techniques mature and more devices for interventional EUS are invented. I and Dr. Nonthalee Pausawasdi (Vice Chairman of AEC2025) put forward “Moving beyond boundaries” for the congress. With the core missions of AEG - EUS training and education and professional development of endosonographers, the Organizing Committee of AEC2025 organizes update and comprehensive program including the “beyond the boundaries” EUS procedures and hand-on training program with new generation models. Besides, during the conference, participants will have the opportunity to meet the experts, to share the experience with colleagues and to expand horizons from sponsors and exhibitors. We will make all-out effort to provide a multi-directional AEC2025. Welcome all of you to join AEC2025 with enjoying friendship and knowledge and move beyond boundaries.
